Roald Dahl’s MatildaFri May 3 2024
Inspired by Roald Dahl's 'Matilda', my project explores key scenes such as Matilda's home, the library, the school and Miss Honey's house. Each setting evokes a unique emotion, captured through different styles: pompous 90s design, vibrant circus collages, stark black and white school dungeons, and cosy fabric collages. My aim is to honour Dahl's classic while offering fresh perspectives.
